Thank you for using this form to let us know you will need to pick your child up early from school or change his/her normal dismissal process from riding the bus for today. Once you submit this form, the information is sent to a spreadsheet referenced by the main office. Please complete this form no later than noon on the day of early pick-up/dismissal change. If past noon, you must call the Sherman main office at 359-5490 and provide a reason for the late request. *To ensure a smooth and efficient dismissal process, we are unable to process same-day requests received after 3:00 PM* Emergencies may be accommodated with principal review/approval.
