Thank you for your interest in requesting a soundstage rental at the MIX Center. Please start by completing the form below. Approval is based on availability and information provided. We will work quickly to respond as soon as possible. Please read MIX Center guidelines.
** ASU Sidney Poitier New American Policy requires that all requests be submitted 45 business days before the production for reservations and 10 business days before the production for Sidney Poitier film students via the MIX Center Sidney Poitier Sound Stage Request. Herberger College of the Arts reserves the right to decline any requests after the 45-day or 10-day business window closes.
1. Please clean up after yourself and return everything to its original state when you're finished. If any space is left unclean and/or damaged, a charged fee will apply.
2. No one should be unplugging electronics in rooms.
3. If there is broken equipment, please report it right away.
4. Please leave all equipment as you see it in the soundstage. Each soundstage has it's own dedicated equipment that is not meant to travel between soundstages.
5. No food or drink permitted.
6. All Capstone Production students are required to provide their entire call sheet of teh Capstone project. Failure to do so may result in delays or restrictions on soundstage access.
7. Blackout Dates: Blackout dates include University-closed days, holidays, and Spring/Fall Break.
8. I agree to follow all policies and procedures listed in the AZ Equipment Operations Guide.At this time, there is no additional equipment available other than what is currently provided in the soundstage.
