Join Caroline and her team along with world renowned textile tutors, Gloria Loughman and Sophie Standing for this special 3 day first ever Sewing up a Storm in the Tropics 2024 at the Pullman Resort - Port Douglass. 

This form must be completed and combined with paid deposit will ensure your reservation for Sewing up a Storm in the Tropics 2024. Please work your way through each of the questions and double check for typo's before submitting, especially your email and bank details. Bank details are only collected for refund purposes. NONE of your details will be shared to third parties.
There is an opportunity to select two workshops as priority and where possible, we will fit you into your first choice. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting the form.

Pullmans Sea Temple Resort has offered our delegates a discounted rate on their accommodation for the duration of the event. Rates are per night:
Studio Spa Room - $295
One Bedroom Feature Apartment - $405
Two Bedroom Feature Apartment - $575
Three Bedroom Luxury Villa - $745

All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. Please note that the room allocation is subject to availability at time of confirmation. Rates do not include breakfast.
The above rate will be extended to delegates wishing to stay for 3 nights pre and 3 nights post the event, this is subject to availability.

Payment will secure your booking preference. Your place in your chosen workshop will not be secured until deposit has cleared. This form alone does not secure your booking.
A non-refundable deposit of $980 is to be paid immediately and a payment plan and reference number will be emailed to you in the coming days with a welcome letter.

When making deposit payment, please use your full name as reference for accounting purposes.

There will be a $980.00 non-refundable fee if you cancel on all workshop bookings.

I understand that an admin fee of $200 will also apply if I cancel my placement in the retreat for any reason inside the dates stated on the payment schedule. 

Please note that substitutions of the delegate may be accepted in lieu of a cancellation, at the discretion of Event Coordinator.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to lack of numbers or unforeseen circumstances. Any such cancellation will be notified and you will be moved into your second preference. If you decide to not accept second choice, no refund of monies will be paid. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in attending the Retreat, including workshops and activities paid or free, I agree to attend at my own risk and will not make claims for personal injury, loss or damage to property or for any other reason, against the organisers, volunteers or sponsors.

I agree to abide by and comply with any and all required COVID-19 health directives at the Retreat venue that may come into place in the Queensland during the 2024 event at Pullmans Resort Port Douglass. Please review QLD entry requirements at www.qld.gov.au prior to arrival.

I hereby allow the organisers to use photographs of myself and my work while participating in all workshops and events for the future promotion of this event.

I accept that my contact details are kept on the Retreat organiser’s database until such time as I request them to be deleted.

I accept and understand the above general terms and conditions and all other terms and conditions that apply to my attending this workshop and venue for myself and any travelling companions that may attend any part of this event with me.
