Crawfish Festival 2025 Sponsorship Form

General Event Information

Festival Date: Friday April 4th and Saturday April 5th

Location: 200 N Muskogee Ave, Downtown Tahlequah, Oklahoma. 

Organizer: Linney Breaux's and Kroner and Baer

Booth Space and Fee (if applicable): Booth spaces are available to rent, and will come complimentary to sponsorships above the $250 value. Vendor spaces are as follows: 10x10 for $100.00, 10X20, and food trailers, for $150. Electricity must be provided by vendor using a quiet style generator. We do not have locations for electric or water. Booth fees will be invoiced at a later date, once applications have been processed. If we do not receive your fee, you will not be able to set up for the event.

Booth Set-up Time: Friday, April 4th12-4pm and Saturday, April 5th 9-11am

Festival Times for Vendors: 

Friday, April 4th at 5pm - 10pm

Saturday, April 5th 12pm - 10pm
