1. Minimum Marks required for admission to Dakshana Program

In Class 10 Board, Overall score to be above 70% and Maths & Science individual score to be above 65%. In case of any student selected for dakshana program and not have scored the minimum criteria, the selection will be cancelled.

2. Selections are made with the help of information provided in the Dakshana Scholar Application Form. Any misappropriation or misinformation could result in termination or withdrawal of the scholarship at any point of time.

3. Selected scholars must be willing to join the course and to stay continuously at the assigned JNV for a period of 23 months until they appear for the JEE Advanced/NEET 2027. No vacation will be declared during this period. Kindly note that no request for leave to attend family weddings/functions or religious ceremonies will be entertained. A scholar leaving the program without permission from Dakshana and the JNV COE’s Principal will lose his/her scholarship and will not be allowed to re-join the program.

4. Scholars who will be preparing for JEE must stay in school till JEE Advanced. On the day of JEE Main results, only those scholars who are not qualified for JEE Advanced will be allowed to leave the school.

5. For admission into CoE Centers, the student will go on mini migration from their parent JNV to the CoE JNV after submitting a due undertaking from the parents stating that they will be wholly responsible for any disadvantage faced by the student in terms of domicile reservation/state quota etc.for any competition/ higher studies. After obtaining the undertaking from the parent only, they will be allowed for mini migration with Transfer Certificate.

6. The CBSE registration for CoE students will be done from CoE JNV, TC and other documents for class XII, will be provided to students by CoE JNV hence scholars must carry TC from parent JNV while reporting at COE.
