KC Courage HS Conditioning Program
Girls High School Tryouts are right around the corner. Are you at the top of your game? Join us for an intense two weeks of soccer specific conditioning. This after-school program will include speed and agility, interval training, cardio, body weight strength training, ball work, flexibility, core strength and small sided games. Fun and challenging sessions to ensure each athlete is prepared for her high school season.
