Add a case study to Knowhow
Knowhow case studies are a way for you to share your story so that other organisations in the sector can learn from your experience.

To support NPC’s Digital Transformation programme, NPC and NCVO are working together to collect and share inspiring examples of charities that have transformed the way they deliver services with the help of digital technology. Find out more about the programme, and what ‘digital transformation’ is all about, here: http://www.thinknpc.org/our-work/projects/digital-transformation

Has your organisation used digital technology to transform and improve services? Then share your experience with the voluntary sector community and help others learn from you!

Please complete each section of the form below, including the section on which bits didn't go so well for you. This information is vital to the learning process and sharing your story can help everyone in our sector learn.

If this is the first time you've written a case study for knowhow, you may want to read our guide on how to write an engaging case study: knowhownonprofit.org/how-to/how-to-write-an-engaging-case-study

And just for reference, here is an example of a great case study which is already published on the site: knowhownonprofit.org/case-studies/setting-up-an-offenders-volunteer-programme

Your case study will be submitted to us (NCVO) and then published on our Knowhow website. The information may also be used by NPC in their research and publications for the Digital Transformation programme.

If you have any problems or questions please email lauren.bernard@ncvo.org.uk.

Thank you for your contribution!
