This form is for informational purposes to help us schedule private and semi-private lessons for the 2024-25 academic year.  If you are currently taking private lessons, you do not need to complete this form.

Private Lessons ($220 per 2-hour lesson)  Semi-Private Lessons (2-3 students) ($175 per 2-hour lesson). Private and Semi-Private Lessons are only available in 2-hour blocks.
Completion of this form does not guarantee or confirm enrollment in Private Lessons or Semi-Private Lessons. We will reach out to you with schedule options as spaces become available. Preference will be given to students currently on our waitlist. If you are currently taking private lessons, you do not need to complete this form.
