DEADLINE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION AND AMENDMENT OF THE FORM - MARCH 31, 2019
This form is a pre-registration. To confirm your registration, you must present the day of the competition: your competition license, a certificate of insurance specifying the authorization to ride in international competitions, a certificate of non-cons indication to practice, a parental authorization for minors. For non-licensees from countries outside FISLY guests, a specific insurance will be underwritten by the organizer.

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS - Competition open to European pilots and to the countries invited as part of the 75th anniversary of the D-Day (countries outside Europe having landed : USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa).
For pilots from European countries affiliated to FISLY that do not have competitors in the Standart class, European guest countries not affiliated with FISLY and countries outside Europe affiliated or not with FISLY, the organizer will provide a sand yacht during the 3 days.
For French male riders, only those members of the French 2018/2019 team selected prior to the St Peter Ording World Championship will be eligible. Any female driver competing at national competitions can register for the 2019 Euro Cup.

SPECIFIC RULES EUROCUP 2019 - possibility of starting run and reducing race time, setting up two weight classes. Pilots will be informed more precisely after the pre-registration deadline.

PILOT RATES - Registration + 2 gala meals (Saturday and Sunday) : 60 euros
Rental of Transponders for electronic score : 10 euros for 3 days (+ a deposit check of 75 euros returned at the end of the competition on receipt of the Transponder)
Accommodation possible from June 7th at Château d'Asnelles : 20 euros per night. Breakfast : 5 euros
N.B. : We are waiting for a response from a partner who may be able to offer accommodation to pilots.

RATES ACCOMPANYING - Gala dinner (Saturday and Sunday) : 15 euros per meal (children from 6 to 12 years : 10 euros and - 6 years : free). Accommodation possible from June 7, 2019 at Château d'Asnelles : 25 euros per night. Breakfast : 5 euros. Accompanying persons wishing to become volunteers will benefit from accommodation, meals and free breakfasts on the day of their volunteer service.
