Thanks for your interest in serving with us as a live-in volunteer! World Hunger Relief is so grateful for the presence of our live-in volunteers. Every person who joins us on the farm brings new personality and skill to our work, and we are all made better by it. This program's aim is to assists us as a non-profit farm to be able to do the work we exist for, which often requires helping hands. It also provide an opportunity for members of our community to join into the life of our active 40-acre farm, to connect with the earth, plants, and animals, and gain hands-on experience in the field of small scale agriculture.

We are looking for live-in volunteers that are interested in sustainable food production, enjoy working outdoors, and want to support the work of World Hunger Relief. Live-in volunteers will do tasks supervised by Farm staff or interns.

Please note: that the completion of this application does not guarantee the program will have availability nor does your completed application entitle you to entry into the program. We do invite you to apply if you are interested. Once we receive your completed application we will contact you to schedule an interview.

All live-in volunteer opportunities are short-term and the details of the number of hours to be worked and living situation will be detailed in a volunteer contract. WHR reserves the right to ask live-in volunteers to leave the farm at any point if farm policies are broken, the volunteer or their family is having a negative impact on farm operations, animals, staff, interns, other volunteers or visitors or if the terms of the contract are not upheld.
