The Next Generation Library Publishing project (generously funded by Arcadia) is investing in existing, emerging, and new infrastructure for library publishing. Following a year of research and community engagement, the NGLP project is now focusing on advancing a multi-platform architecture with existing open source technologies, filling gaps with key components, and building more integration points across different platforms.

We are grateful for the many voices who participated in prior workshops, interviews, and our request for ideas last spring!  We are hosting a new series of focused work sessions with practitioners in the library publishing community that will be focused on further refining our understanding of community needs and requirements for publishing infrastructure.
