✔️ 8 Week Challenge
✔️ October 28-December 22
✔️ BEST TRANSFORMATION wins $250 cash!
✔️ Fat Loss -OR- Muscle Gain
✔️ Must be a Tire Trained monthly member
✔️ Must attend class 24 times throughout the challenge period - it BEST to come at least 3x/week
✔️ Daily step goal increasing over 8 weeks
✔️ Daily water goal
✔️ Must be measured at the beginning of or prior to Week #1 (photos are also taken at this time), at the end of Week #4, & at the end of Week #8 (photos will be taken again at this time). You must be measured and have photos taken at the studio!
✔️ Before & After pictures REQUIRED (must be taken at the studio)
✔️ Each participant gets one of four “Fuel & Move” guides including home workouts and a full meal plan with recipes
✔️ Each participant gets a custom Google spreadsheet with macros based on their goal (fat loss or muscle gain) & current stats.
✔️ Each spreadsheet has macros broke down per meal based on 3,4,5, & 6 meals a day - easy to customize to YOUR lifestyle.
✔️ Each spreadsheet has several example meals you can build based on your custom macros making it easy to know what to eat and how much.
