Before School Class Policies:

• Refund Policy: Refunds only for medical reasons with a doctor’s note.

• If minimum enrollment is not reached, the classes will be canceled & your payment refunded.

• Class enrollment determined on first come first served basis. Confirmation will be emailed with room #.

• Please do not send child into class if a confirmation HAS NOT been received via email.

• If needed, makeup dates will be added to the end of the schedule ONLY if class is canceled.

• Late registrations are welcome as long as there is space in the class. Skyhawk Enrichment cannot prorate.

Animation (Grades K - 5)

Make your own animated flipbook! Students will learn how animation works and how early animated cartoons were made, but mostly work on creating their own animation project.

Garden Club (Grades 2 - 5) Not running this session

Starting from seed, we will be cultivating mature plants for planting in our community garden in the spring. We will also be planning out the garden, making compost and preparing it for use in the garden when we plant.

Intro to Sewing (Grades 3 - 5) Not running this session

In this Intro to Sewing class, Beginning Tailors and Seamstresses will create their own specially decorated pillow while learning cutting, pinning, and stitching. Students will use a pattern to cut fabric as well as learning two different stitching techniques. All supplies are included.

Lego Adventures (Grades K - 3)

It’s time for a Lego adventure! Your child will build and bring home a different set of Legos each week. They will develop fine motor skills, practice identification skills, & be able to follow a series of directions!

Scrabble Fun (Grades 3 - 5)

Are you "board" before school? Do you like to play board games? If so, then scramble over to "scrabble" at the beginning of the day. Connect tiles to form the biggest words you can find. Bring a friend! You are sure to have a "scrabulous" time! Parents: Scrabble helps develop vocabulary, math, decision making and teamwork skills.

Jewelry 101 (Grades 3 - 5)

Do you wear jewelry or know someone who does? Would you like to learn how to make your own jewelry to wear or give as gifts? In this class, you will learn how to use real jeweler's tools to make earrings and bracelets for yourself or others.

Dates (Wednesdays): 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27


Community Service Club (Grades 2 - 5 )

Students will be introduced to the idea of community service and why it is so important to give back. From there, we will determine 3 causes that we would like to support. This could range from baking treats for a shelter or creating cards for hospitals, etc. The goal is to give back while having fun and creating a nurturing community amongst peers.

Crochet (Grades 3 - 5)

This workshop is for beginners and is a perfect way to learn the basics of crochet. Learn how to finger knit, make a chain, single crochet, double crochet and more advanced techniques as time allows.

Sports & Games (Grades K - 5)

It is like PE class with practice drills! Sometimes Mr. Patrick picks the game & some days the students chose. Wear your gym clothes and come play sports & games!

Typing (Grades 2 - 5)

No more finger tapping, one key at a time! Typing will teach your child a valuable lifelong skill & children will learn to use keyboard home keys as a basis for typing. As kids improve, they gain an understanding of which fingers type a given letter, number, or symbol.

Yoga (Grades K - 2) ONLY 1 SPOT LEFT

Children will learn yoga techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment-all while having fun. With these new skills they will be better able to navigate life's challenges with a little more ease. Yoga mats are provided - wear comfy clothes.

Cartooning (Grades K - 5)

Students will learn how to draw basic cartoons and popular cartoon characters.

Fun Science (Grades 2 - 5 ) Now open to 2nd grade

Kids will be conducting a variety of different experiments. They will learn new concepts while creating slime, ooblek and other items. All of the activities will focus on different types of matter and engineering.

Intro to Martial Arts (Grades K - 5)

Martial Arts fosters acceptance, cooperation and mutual respect. White belt test will happen at TOMA Randolph Center, on TBD, with time for the test TBA.
