Chamber Annual Award Nominations for 2025
The Elkins-Randolph County Chamber will celebrate our local businesses, organizations, and community members on Thursday, March 19th, starting at 5:30PM at The Myles Center for the Arts on the campus of Davis & Elkins College.  Please help us determine this year's award winners by making nominations in the eight categories below.  Please include information explaining WHY you are nominating this business, organization, or individual.  Deadline for nominations is Friday, February 20th.  Please only complete one nomination form per person.  Thank you for your participation!

NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR - Nominate a local nonprofit or community organization that is, in pursuit of its mission, making a difference in Elkins/Randolph County.  Our 2024 Award went to Randolph County CLIMB. 
COMMUNITY ART AWARD - Nominate an individual, business, or organization that is working to support "Art as an Economic Driver" in Elkins/Randolph County.  Our 2024 Community Art Award recipient was ArtsBank. 
YOUNG LEADER OF THE YEAR - This award is presented to an outstanding leader in the community, under the age of 40, who has made significant strides to improve Elkins/Randolph County with his/her talents, progressive thinking, and volunteer efforts.  Hannah Fincham of WVU Extension Office was our 2024 award recipient.  
BUSINESS PERSON(S) OF THE YEAR - This award is presented to a local business person(s) who has provided our community with dedicated service, innovative ideas, ethics, and community spirit.  Our 2024 Business Persons of the Year were Colin and Heidi McFadden of Trickett Hardware. 
BUSINESS OF THE YEAR - This award is presented annually to a business that is outstanding in our community;  a business that operates with the highest of standards while providing our citizens with quality service and a community-minded spirit.  Our 2024 award was presented to Nikki Rogers State Farm.  
NEW BUSINESS OF THE YEAR- Clementine's Cantina was our 2024 New Business of the Year.  This award is presented to a new business, started in 2024 or 2025, that is bringing a new, innovative product or service to this area while focusing on community spirit.
CITIZEN OF THE YEAR - This award is presented to an individual who has made a significant contribution to our community during 2024.  The 2024 recipient of this award was Jessica Sutton.  

TOM WILLIAMS AWARD OF DISTINCTION
-  This award is presented to an individual who has exhibited a lifetime of civic, charitable, and community contributions to enhance the quality of life for those of us in Elkins/Randolph County.  This is the highest award presented by the Elkins-Randolph County Chamber.   The 2024 Tom Williams Award winner was Mike Bell!  This award is sponsored by the family of Tom Williams.
