Please note that in order to secure your child's placement, you must do 2 things:
1. Fill out this registration form. (Your spot will be held for 1 week until payment has been received)
2. Send your full payment either by mail or online. If payment has not been received within a week of signing up/registering, camper's name will be removed from the list.
Registration forms are processed in the order that they are submitted. You have 1 week to make payment (or notify Haines of your payment plan) while your child's spot is saved. Once your payment is received, your child's spot in camp is secure.

*If signing up for the full week of Level 2 Camp, 50% is required to sign up and we will send an invoice for the balance 1 week before the camp begins.

As camps fill, we will do our best to update this form with the number of available spots.
Registration will be marked as completed once your payment has been made. *Please note that it may take up to 3 days for this to be updated after you submit your form!

More than 2 week notice: Payment is refunded or used as a credit toward future camp/class, minus $25.
1-2 week notice: Credit toward future camp/class, minus $25.
Less than 1 week notice: No refund or credit.
PLEASE NOTE THE RISING GRADE REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH CAMP!
Every year we get special requests to make age/grade exceptions. Please understand that the camps have been designed specifically for the ages indicated and we have to draw the line somewhere. Minimal age gaps are best because of the small camp size and for social reasons; kids are happier and more confident in their own age group. More baking experience will not qualify a child for an older age group.
*Occasionally we can make exceptions for older campers who request to be in a younger camp - please contact Haines to discuss.
