The Mid-Atlantic Grain Conference will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026 at The Conference Center at Penn State Great Valley in Malvern, PA.
At this year's conference, CGA is introducing a new Children’s Program, designed to make the event more accessible for families while sparking kids’ curiosity about where their food comes from.
The program will provide a fun, safe, and engaging space for children (ages 4–12) to explore the world of Mid-Atlantic grains through hands-on activities, stories, and creative play while parents attend conference sessions. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with kids, enjoy experiential learning, and are inspired by themes of farming, food, and community.
We are looking for:
Program Coordinator or Committee Members: to help conceptualize, organize, and coordinate the children’s program and volunteers ahead of and during the event.
Activity Leaders: to design and facilitate one or more fun, grain-themed activities during the conference day.
Please use this form to submit a proposal for the Children's Program.
Proposals are due by November 23, 2025. Selections will be notified in December.
