Earn-a-Bike Volunteer Hours and Cyclist Info
This sheet needs to be completed to participate in Community Cycles of California's Earn-a-Bike program. 

The Process: 
  • Complete 6 hours of community service with a registered non-profit.
  • The volunteer supervisor tracks the hours then completes this form (if completed on paper, the supervisor can send a photo of it from their work email to wecare@communitycyclesca.org). 
  • The Community Cycles team will reach out to the volunteer supervisor listed in the form to verify volunteer hours. 
  • All of our bikes are donated and refurbished so we will contact the volunteer when the bike that fits their dimensions is ready for pickup. 
  • Bike pickups are at 35 Wilson Ave, San Jose, CA 95126. 

*All information needs to be filled out completely in order to be eligible for a bicycle. Delays may occur during peak periods. We appreciate your patience!
