This form should be used to lodge any complaint regarding an alleged breach of Netball Ireland (NI) policies, rules, or procedures that occurs within any activity under the auspices of NI.

Complaints should be raised within 5 days of the event occurring as to ensure that any investigation and resolution can be completed in a fair and timely manner.  A complaint submitted outside this timeframe may still be processed if NI deems the severity of the alleged events warrant further investigation. 

This Complaint Form is processed in line with NI’s Complaint, Dispute and Disciplinary Policy (NI-1015).

Please note that any concern or complaint about the safety or protection of a young person (i.e. any person under 18 years of age) should be brought to the immediate attention of NI’s Child Protection Officer (CPO) – see NI’s Child Safeguarding Statement (NI-1021) for relevant contact details.
