Dear Seller,

Welcome to Healthkart. HealthKart Specializes in Health and Fitness Segment and believes in providing authentic supplements to consumers. HealthKart is a curated Marketplace and works with selected vendors only to ensure the authenticity of the products. Please refer the marketplace structure of HealthKart.

Margin Structure: We work on transfer price(TP) model where a TP is agreed during the on-boarding process. Taxes as applicable (Currently 18%). The TP includes HK Commissions, discounts and Logistics charges(if applicable).

Seller Panel :: Each vendor is provided a seller panel to maintain the inventory levels of the products, Order processing and returns processing.

Web Price (HKP) :: The online selling price of products is mutually agreed during on-boarding process and MOP needs to be maintained by seller across marketplaces.

Logistics/ Shipping :: A seller can opt for their own logistics partner or can choose Healthkart's services for the same.

Credit Period :: Healthkart has a standard credit period for all its sellers i.e 14 days (7+7 Days). Please note that credit period for a particular order will start from the date of delivery of goods at the customers' doorstep.

Invoicing / Shipping Labels :: Invoice and Shipping Labels will be generated in the name of the vendor from the seller panel itself.

GST :: Tax is borne by the vendor. The seller will have to bear taxes in accordance of taxes applicable as per government norms.

Lead Time (SLA) :: Orders once received needs to be processed and shipped within 24 hours(Business hours) of receiving.

Packaging Material :: Packaging materials such as carton, bubble wrap etc. needs to be arranged by the vendor. However, HealthKart will provide its own tape for Authenticity. Moreover, HealthKart will provide packaging instructions as followed in logistics industry.

No. of Re-sellers* :: We work on single seller model and hence no re-sellers shall be on-boarded. The selection of seller is on HealthKart discretion.

Commission Invoice :: Bright Lifecare Private Limited will raise commission invoices for all the successful orders processed through its online portal www.healthkart.com

Seller Panel Charges :: A Quarterly charge(Mandatory) of Rs 4500/- would be deducted for every 3 months in advance for the seller panel. Taxes as applicable (Currently 18%)

Damage :: All in-transit damages(RTO) to be borne by courier partner, if packaging standard is as per Industry benchmarks, Damage can be claimed if the same is mentioned on POD and reported to Healthkart on the same/next day of receiving damaged parcel.

TDS :: Please submit the TDS on behalf of Healthkart and share the certificate with Healthkart for reimbursement.

Return/ Cancellation Policies :

1. HealthKart offers a 14-days return policy to its customers. Detailed policy: https://www.healthkart.com/hk/FAQ.action?reftag=return

2. All the customers' returns(RPU) (Reasons: expired, seal damaged, incorrect product(product mismatch), quality-related issues, Missing details(MRP, Barcode, Batch, Importer sticker, expiry, manufacturer), Double MRPs etc will be borne by the vendor.

3. The vendor will be charged a penalty of 3.5 % of invoice value if an order is cancelled by them.
