Job Description: Management staff is responsible for creating a safe and family friendly environment. Responsible for offering guidance, support and setting clear expectations for lifeguards and counter help employees. Management team is also responsible for clear communication between patrons and Board of Directors. Management team must ensure the Clinton Swim and Tennis Club is in compliance with all health and safety regulations. Management staff will comply with requests of the Board of Directors.
Skills: Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required. Is capable of handling multiple priorities and multi-tasking. Demonstrates superior leadership qualities and judgement/decision making skills.
Education: A minimum of high school diploma required, leadership/management experience preferred.
