EVENT INFORMATION: • The Market will begin at 4:00 PM when the event opens and run through 10:00 PM, when the fireworks begin. • Vendors will be allowed to access the event zone beginning at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 24 to setup booth. All booths must be setup by 3:30 PM. - Tear down will begin at the conclusion of the event, approximately 11:00 PM. Vehicles/Trailers will be allowed in the event zone only after all attendees have left. Vendors must use handcarts to remove materials before that time. • Rain date for the event will be Sunday, June 25.• All vendors must submit online application.BOOTHS: • All booths must fit within a 10’x10’ space.• All vendors are required to obtain a current and valid WI State Seller’s Permit and at this time are required to hold general liability insurance.• Booth location will be pre-determined by event management. Vendors may submit location preferences but final location will be at the discretion of management.• Tents and electricity will not be provided. Electricity can be provided at an additional cost if needed.• Vendors must get approval of inventory that will be sold. Circus toys and other light-up items will not be allowed to be sold by market vendors.• No vendor will be allowed to walk the event zone and sell items.FEES: • The vendor fee will be $100 for participation in the event and is non-refundable.• The vendor fee must be paid in full once application has been approved to hold your spot in the Market.
