All Registered Student Organization events that are open to the Agnes Scott community must be registered through the Center for Student Involvement. You will not be allowed to make a room reservation or use any campus services until the form has been approved. These do not include tabling in Evans or general body organization meetings. • Event space must be reserved through EMS at least two (2) weeks in advance or will not be allowed to occur.• P-Card and Cash Box must be reserved 72 hours in advance.• Read and follow the Posting Policies.• Any event involving one of the following criteria must have a planning meeting with the Director for Student Involvement: *Events in which individuals outside the sponsoring organization’s general body are invited (e.g. campus wide). *Events with a duration longer than 2 hours. *Events in which alcohol is served. *Events with off-campus guests invited and/or anticipated. *Events starting or lasting past 10pm *Events anticipated to be larger than 100 people. *For events larger than 100 in which off campus guests are expected, the off campus guests must be registered. *A Student Affairs staff member must be present for any event in which off campus guests are expected, that serve alcohol and last beyond 10pm. Additionally, public safety must be contacted and employed if alcohol is served and the crowd size is expected to be larger than 100.
