I understand that Cross Country is a voluntary activity and that by joining the team I agree to aide by the team's rules.

I understand that being a part of the team requires sacrifice and that I will need to place my commitment to the team over other things I may want to do from time to time.

I understand that I will be expected to attend practice every day unless excused during the fall season and that I will need to follow the directions of the coaches when there.

I understand that being on the team means I will need to represent myself well during team practices, at meets, at school, outside of school, and on social media. I understand that if I represent myself in a way that is embarrassing to the team that I will be allowed to represent the team.

I understand that my attendance is expected at all meets and that only major family activities (weddigns and funerals only) and academic conflicts like the SAT may be excused, other conflicts are not.
