MIT Africa Business Challenge Application Form
The MIT Africa Business Challenge is a unique, immersive experience for students in New England. This challenge invites participants to develop innovative solutions to Africa’s most pressing issues in the areas of Food Security, Healthcare, and Finance. The challenge will culminate with an in-person hackathon and award ceremony at the 2025 MIT Africa Innovate Conference on February 28th and March 1st 2025.

Resources Provided include:
- AI Jetpacks - proprietary MIT AI tools for entrepreneurs
- Exclusive access to an instance of MIT Orbit dedicated to hackathon participants
- Virtual workshop on no-code AI application builder tools
- Facilitation of connections and team formation
- Mentors to help teams during hackathon day
- Networking dinner with key sponsors on February 28th  
- Free entry to Africa Innovate Conference keynote and afternoon sessions on March 1st

Awards include:
First Prize: $5,000
Second Prize: $3,000
Third Prize: $1,000
