long-term YouTube StrategistĀ for my channel FreelanceMVP (
https://www.youtube.com/@freelanceMVP).
Our mission is to help spread awareness about earning money through remote work, freelancing and side hustles. We are looking for team members who share the vision of making the world a better place.
1. You must have
strong background in content strategy, and be basically obsessed with YouTube (particularly, growth strategies).
2. You must be passionate about creating
curiosity-provoking, high-conversion titles & thumbnailsĀ about the freelance, make money online & side hustle niches.
3. You must be the kind of person who constantly looks for ways to improve their work - and efficiency in delivering that work - to the standard of 10M+ subscriber channels.Ā
4. You must actively bring your own ideas & creativity to your designs, and future design/content suggestionsĀ for your creators.
5. You must be able to deliver excellent work on-time, every time, and have Native/Bilingual fluency in English.
š„ WHAT THIS JOB INVOLVES:
1. We want "The Title & Thumbnail Master." This means meeting regularly with the creator to brainstorm video ideas, bringing your title & thumbnail ideas to the table
2. Creating design mockups & executing on them
3.Ā Managing & collaborating with the script writer(s),Ā editor(s) andĀ thumbnail artist(s)Ā on our team to maintain a consistent posting schedule, assisting in vetting new talent if needed
4. Building the system that allows us to consistently deliver high-quality work without tons of back-and-forth
5.Ā Ideating on structure of new content buckets that will allow us to expand our audience
