This is the registration form for the Lake Superior Day (Sunday, July 21st) 10:00am 4K Recreational Paddle Race around Barkers Island, Superior, WI.  Please complete only 1 registration form per watercraft.  On Race Day;
*Mandatory Check-in 8:30am-9:30am
*Safety meeting at 9:30am
*On-water Buoy Start 10am
*Awards at approx. Noon, must be present to accept
