We are planning an Easter Egg Hunt - again this year, we will have parents sign their children up for times for the egg hunt - this way we can have around 30 kids hunting at a time in a specific spot and they will all find a certain number of eggs (we intend to have hunts start every 30 minutes with 2-3 going on at a time), jump houses, pictures with the Easter Bunny, vendors and lots and lots more!!!
Vendor Fee for this Event is $65 and includes entry into our 200 swag bags! If you would just like to participate in swag bags the fee is $35. You will not be confirmed for this event until we receive the completed form below and you pay your Paypal invoice that will come after you complete this form (we will hold your spot for 24 hours after invoice is sent). INVOICE MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT
Only one representative per direct sales company will be permitted. If more than one submit, the timestamp generated by this form will serve as the deciding factor.
This event will be from 1pm -4pm at Walter Hall Park in League City and set up will begin at 12pm. YOU WILL BE LIMITED TO AN 8FT BY 8FT BOOTH FOR THIS EVENT.
