OVERVIEW
The 3C Data Alliance seeks to change the way creative youth development organizations gather, organize, and utilize their program and youth participant data. The goals of the project are to:
1. Streamline systems: Support a critical mission by creating a user-friendly system for CYD organizations that streamlines contact and program management and reduces administrative time.
2. Equalize benefits and alleviate costs: Support organizational data-driven decision-making and impact reporting, with access/input for and from staff and young people.
3. Build equitable access to data literacy: Provide an equity lens for data collection and use. Include the young person’s voice in the design, use, and ownership of data, including voice in advocacy. storytelling, and in cross-sector impact reporting.
