The Emerald Cup 2017 Work Trade Volunteer Application
The Emerald Cup 2017 Work Trade Volunteer INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in lending a hand at The Emerald Cup 2017. Without the help of committed folks like you events like this would not be possible. Below please find our Work Trade Volunteer application. This is an Application not a Confirmation. If you are confirmed as a volunteer for this year’s cup, you will receive a "Confirmation and Information Email Letter." It is VERY important that you check your email and notify us of any changes to your contact information as the letter we send will have time sensitive information.

The Confirmation and Information Email Letter will contain a link to pay your deposit for this year’s Cup. You must complete the step of making a deposit before you will receive your final Volunteer Arrival details email letter.

Volunteers who complete their work agreement will receive a full refund 2 weeks after the event is over. If you do not make the deposit by November 24, 2017, we cannot guarantee you a work trade volunteer position. Please sign up anyway! (Sometimes we have last minute cancellations.) Deposits are refundable until December 1, 2017.

We will offer 2 need based and 2 merit based scholarships for the deposit, to ensure that the work trade volunteer positions are accessible to everyone. This scholarship application will require an essay and interview. Please do not apply unless you plan to take the process seriously.

In exchange for your work trade volunteer time you will receive a pass to the show, an official Emerald Cup T-shirt, and our deep appreciation for being part of the team!

Please note that we do not provide meals or lodging at this time. If you are accepted, you can join our Facebook group for networking and lodging share opportunities.

Thank you and we look forward to working with you this year!
