Maddy Stricklen drives entrepreneurship forward as Program Director at the ACC Capital Foundation, where she leads the Governor’s Cup Collegiate Business Plan Competition, creates communications that amplify the foundation’s story, and designs events and initiatives that connect students with real-world opportunities across Arkansas and beyond.
Kristopher Adams leads the ARise program, driving innovation and growth for Arkansas startups by connecting founders with the capital, coaching, and networks they need to scale. As the former director of the NWA Tech Summit, he brings a proven track record of building tech ecosystems that help Arkansas ventures grow and scale.
Mallory Race has over 5 years of IT banking project management experience, holds a bachelors degree from Arkansas Tech University, and earned a Leadership, Ethics and Corporate Accountability certificate from Harvard Business University. She currently is the senior project manager for the entrepreneurial ecosystem for AEDC and is a SME for the ARise program.
