Welcome to our first annual Horror and Dark Fiction Literary Festival!
This event is the first of its kind. We are aiming to have an open Book Fair and Market to the public, as well as panels for writers and publishers, pitch sessions to various Canadian Publishing houses, and reading slots for authors to take advantage of.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR HORROR AND DARK FICTION AUTHORS, PUBLISHERS, BOOKISH MERCHANTS AND SMALL BUSINESSES AND ARTISTS THAT ARE THEMED IN HORROR, ODDITY OR HALLOWEEN.

We are not accepting any MLM/direct sales type companies at this event.
ONE TABLE IS INCLUDED IN EACH SPACE - NO LINENS
2 chairs will made available for every vendor spot booked.
Need electricity? We have a limited number of wall spaces with electricity available. You provide the table unless one is requested.
Cost for a Vendor Spot:
- *Interior Space* 6 Foot Table. No access to electricity = 70 plus tax
(38 spaces available)
- *Wall Space* 8 Foot Table Access to electricity = 85 plus tax (SOLD OUT)
- *Booth* 10 width - 8 depth. Access to electricity = 100 + taxes

For those along the wall, we encourage you to bring yourself an extension cord and be kind to your neighbors if they need to share. No cords in the walkways.
Parking - Parking at the University lot. We have booked the lot across the location and it will be free on that date.
As this is location has limited spaces we will be sending out 'acceptance emails' as they come in along with the square invoice. To guarantee your spot, please pay within 7 days. Prices do not include applicable taxes. Invoices will be sent once you have been approved. Please do not make a payment unless you receive an invoice.
We reserve the right to accept or decline application as we see fit.
Covid Safety Protocols- Masking is now optional but strongly suggested for the comfort of customers attending the event. Stay home if you are sick with even mild cold symptoms.
Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your spot before September 1, you will be refunded the full amount minus a $10 Admin fee. Any cancellations after September 1, will result in a forfeit of your table fee.
In the event that we have to adjust this date due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, and you are not able to attend the new date, you will be refunded the full amount minus a $10 Administration fee.
