Charlemont Reggae Festival August 17th 2019 Vendor Application

Vendor - $150
Food Vendor - $200

Note: Food Vendors - please call the Charlemont Town Clerk, 413-339-4335 x 7, or email boh@charlemont-ma.us for permit information and be ready for the Board of Health inspection by 10am the day of the festival.

It is required that all vendors have 1 million dollar liability coverage. If you do not have it you may purchase it
for the day through the Charlemont Reggae Fest for a fee of $75.

Please provide copy of insurance as soon as possible via mail or email: crfestival@gmail.com.
Town of Charlemont & Gabe LLC are to be named as additional insured.

Gates open at 11:30am
Overnight camping for vendors is allowed
Restrictions: No glass bottles; no dogs

*Once we receive your application we will review and let you know if you are an approved vendor.
We will send you and email with an agreement to sign and then you can send us or drop off a check
