Possible Scientist/Outdoor Speaker for COMPASS
Catholic Outdoor Mission Producing Adventurous Saintly Scientists (COMPASS) is an outdoor science experience for 5th/6th Grade students with the Catholic faith infused in the program.  We are looking for Catholic speakers in different fields of science or outdoor recreation/education to take part in running a "hands on" station that different groups of 6 to 12 students rotate through over the course of a day, or if it best fits, a presentation to a whole group of around 140 students.   The camp typically takes place at Camp John Paul II near Cascade, ID.  It is 80 acres of mostly conifer forest.  If you are interested in helping our Catholic Schools by being a presenter at this event please fill out the form below.  The date(s) of COMPASS is to be determined.  If you would like more information, please contact Rhett Mahoney, Principal, Sts. Peter and Paul School.  rmahoney@myspps.org  (208) 983-2182.
