The Table des groupes de femmes de Montréal brings together more than 70 organizations in the Montréal region to defend the rights and interests of women from a feminist perspective. We are soliciting testimonials from women living with disabilities to help us promote more sustainable, inclusive and safe mobility.
This survey is intended for people who:
👉 identify as
women;
👉 live with motor, visual, auditory, intellectual, or cognitive
limitations, or limitations related to chronic pain or mental health, etc.;
👉 travel throughout the island of Montréal multiple times per week.
Accessibility: The survey is available via Google Forms. It includes an
interpretation into ASL and a voice description. The survey is available in
French. You can also
download a copy in WORD or PDF format and email the completed survey to us. For assistance completing the survey or obtaining hard copies, please contact us.

Duration: The survey will take 20 minutes to complete. The majority of the questions are multiple choice. We will conduct focus groups with volunteers to further explore the answers.

2) Accessibility and safety in your trips
3) Your daily life
4) Your demographic profile
Risks: Some questions may bring up memories of insecurity, ableism and vulnerability for you. Please skip any questions that you do not want to answer. You may stop completing the survey at any time. The following resources are available to you:

Data confidentiality and use: All responses are confidential and will only be accessed by TGFM. Your survey responses will help us to develop tools to promote concrete and relevant solutions, such as reports, posters and training programs.
