Please fill out the following application form for the School of Media Studies' 2019 summer filmmaking intensive, "Film, Art, Change: Making Movies to Make a Difference." Please note that after being admitted into the intensive, you must successfully register and pay for the course in order to be formally enrolled. Details will follow upon admittance into the intensive.

Proof of English Language Proficiency
All applicants who are not U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents are required send proof of English language proficiency. Exempt from this are applicants who are citizens or legal permanent residents of Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom whose native language is English.

To be considered for admission, applicants must provide proof of one of the following:

1. International English Language Testing System (IELTS), with a minimum score of C of 6.5 or better.
2. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of at least 88 on the internet-based test (or 230 on the computer based test or 550 on the paper-based test)
3. Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE), with a minimum score of 59.
