NOTE (12/20/25): currently, grant funding is extremely scarce. I'd still love to meet you and receive many applications regardless. But after launching and piloting with $107,000.00+ in grants distributed over the past couple months, it's looking more likely to take a full year or two of my own fundraising push to be able to really launch and run &U at the scale and volume I'd like to see this program chugging at. Do not submit answers longer than 300-500 words, and don't stress about this too much either. The many questions are designed to give me multiple perspectives and angles on you and your background. Be reasonably thoughtful and convey to me your essence. I don't want to waste your time though, in case it's not a fit.
