"Extended Absence" Request for Approval
Per the Parent & Student Handbook on page 78:

“We will cooperate with families taking their children from school for mission trips and vacations; however, these absences will have to be approved by the administration two weeks in advance. These absences are voluntary (versus emergency or illness). All school work needs to be completed and turned in prior to the absence, or ready to turn in upon the student’s return at the teacher’s discretion. While these absences may be approved by administration, they will still count as absences and could affect credit given for courses if in excess of the 10 day limit.”
