We're delighted that you'd like to join one of our mini retreats this summer. With this form you can inform us of your preferences in terms of the dates and rooms, any dietary needs you might have, and your comfort level with English and French. 

We'll do our best to allocate everyone their 1st choice options in terms of dates and rooms. We will do this on a first-come-first-serve basis.

You will receive a response from us via contact@unime.ca. Please add this email address to your contacts list in your email software so you won't miss our email. 

Only once we've allocated rooms will we ask you to make the payment to reserve the room for you.
