Please remember to email me at bigdillkitchen@gmail.com once you have submitted this form. I do not get notified when you fill out the form, so that is the best way to make sure I have received your order inquiry.
*deposit: once you decide to confirm your order, you will be asked to pay a deposit. If you do not pay the deposit by the time I mention in my email to you I will not be able to accept your order.
*cancellation policy: you may cancel up to a week before the date of your order for a full refund of the deposit. After that, you may cancel your order without a refund of the deposit.
*pick-up/delivery: pick up will be in Laurel, Oakland at a time that works for both of us. Delivery is possible within 20 miles of Oakland with an additional fee depending on the delivery location.

What is a custom cake? A custom cake is a cake that is made based on the flavors and elements that you would like. You have the option to change details on the cake to fit your taste/style. e.g: you want a wedding cake to fit a certain color theme with very specific flavors
Do you have a set menu/pricing? No. I make custom cakes which means that I do not have a set menu. I will suggest cakes and flavor combinations based on flavors that you like or flavors that you are open to trying. Every cake is different so there is no set pricing or menu. You will be asked for your budget and flavors in mind on this form. I will work to come up with cake flavor combinations that fit your taste and budget.
