Bolivia Travel Application
Are you interested in being a part of the Implementation Team(s) that will be traveling to Bolivia in October/November 2018? Please fill out this application to the best of your ability.

Some quick trip info:
- Trips are scheduled for 9 days.  We typically leave on a Friday and return the following Sunday.
- Travel is strenuous. The rural community is located at 13,000' +/- and requires lots of hiking.
- Flights typically range from $1,200 - $1,600
- Visas for first time visitors are $160 – good idea to get started on this 8-10 weeks before travel
- Vaccination/Immunization is at the cost of the traveler
- EWB-USA Membership is required for travel
- Stipend availability is dependent on chapter funds
