NAHS: Paint Your Own Holiday Ornament Fundraiser
We wish to invite the Washingtonville community to join the National Art Honor Society on Saturday, December 1, 2018 (snow date, December 8, 2018) for a "Paint Your Own Holiday Ornament" Fundraiser. The funds raised will be used to support art and field trip experiences for our National Art Honor Society members.

This event will be held in the H.S. Large Cafeteria from 11am-1pm. The cost is $12 per ornament and includes a 4" flat round ceramic ornament, an array of colorful acrylic paints, all other painting supplies, cookies, milk, hot cocoa, tea and coffee. Our NAHS Holiday Elves will be reading an array of holiday stories for the little ones.

Please indicate on the form below the number of individuals in your group, as well as how many ornaments you wish to purchase to paint.

We kindly request you pay the per ornament fee in advance ($12 per ornament) so we may order the appropriate amount of supplies.
-Please send in your check/money order written to: "WHS" or "WHS Class of 2018" by Wednesday, November 28th
-Place your payment in a envelope with your full name and "Ms. Held, Ornament" written on the outside.
-Mail or drop off at the payment at the High School main office (54 West Main Street, Washingtonville, NY 10992).
-Payment for participation in this event is non-refundable.
-Upon receipt of payment your reservation for this event will be secure.
