Thanks for being interested in working with me on your fitness goals! My name is Rey (usually known as @iamtransjesus on IG and @trans.jesus on TikTok), I use they/he pronouns and I will be your coach. I'm really excited to share my love of fitness with my community, trans and queer people alike!

I offer a variety of training options depending on your budget because I know how inaccessible and daunting fitness can be for trans people like myself. If you are not sure what option would be best for you, I do offer 30-minute Zoom fitness consultations for $40 where we can discuss it further and see what would work best for you. Custom Workout Plans

4 Weeks: $30
8 Weeks: $40
12 Weeks: $50

These workout plants are customed tailored to your goals, abilities and equipment available. I can create workout plans to do at the comfort of your home or the gym! Perfect option for those who need a thorough plan to follow but don’t need any additional accountability or are on a tighter budget. These are sold in either 4, 8 or 12-week structured plans. All plans come with recommended macros depending on your goal for the plan.

Custom Meal Plan

4 Weeks: $70

This customized meal plan option is tailored to your food preferences and allergies. This is great if you need even more specific meals to reach your fitness goals and macros.

Nutrition Coaching ($100 per month)

Tired of fad diets? Want to make healthy changes? This coaching option includes a weekly 30-minute check-in every week to focus on your relationship with food, work together to build confidence around your food choices, assign homework according to your goals and making progress towards feeling at home in your skin without guilt. This is tailored for people that don’t know where to start with nourishing their body or need additional nutrition guidance.

Workout Coaching ($120 per month)

Includes a customized 4-week plan with workout videos for performing exercises with correct form, biweekly video check-ins for questions and advice, holding you accountable for missed workouts and always able to message me if you have any questions. The workout plan is updated every month for maximum adaptation and breaking through plateaus!

Platinum Coaching ($170 per month)

The best of both worlds coaching option! Not only do you get everything listed in workout AND nutrition coaching, but you will also get my personal phone number so you can message me anytime and be kept encouraged and accountable at all times. Workouts are only part of the equation to a healthier you — nutrition is just as important as nourishing your body and the key to seeing fast progress towards your fitness goals. This option is perfect for those who are both new to fitness and/or serious in meeting their fitness goals.

All Access Coaching ($225 per month)

This best coaching option! Not only do you get everything listed in Platinum coaching, but you will also get a custom meal plan that's updated every month. This option is perfect for those who want everything planned out for them without hassles and just need a blueprint to follow for the most optimal results. Just bring yourself!
