On Sunday 21st of August, 13:00 I will host a seminar about creating a sustainable health and fitness for you and your family.
You will learn the basic principles of:
* Getting stellar health
* Boost immune system can keep you from being sick so you can thrive.
* Mitigate injuries
* How to get rid of back pain
* How to mitigate shoulder issues
At the end we will have an open Q&A and also address questions you might send us upfront.
The participation is free but will hopefully save you a lot of issues in the future and make it easier to navigate in the midst of daily commitments at work and home.
