Online Reviews & Paid Apps
This survey is conducted as part of a student thesis for the Athens University of Economics and Business - MSc in Marketing and Communication (Specialisation in International Marketing).
Its aim is to measure the effectiveness of star ratings and comments appearing in app stores (platforms within smartphones/tablets where one can download an application and read comments and ratings by other users) on the decision of customers to purchase an application.
