Thanks for your interest in receiving grant funding from the Black Food Fund.

The Black Food Fund is an organisation led by a group of people deeply connected to the local food system in Lambeth and Southwark.

Funded by Impact on Urban Health, this organisation will be responsible for administering c. £450k worth of grant funding. Our focus will be to help strengthen a locally-rooted support system for Black change-makers (e.g. local food entrepreneurs, community businesses and innovators).

👉🏾 The funder Impact on Urban Health and other subcontractors who support this work may act as Sub-Processors. This means they support Black Food Funding Limited with their responsibilities and may have access to the data you submit in this form.

Please Note: The Black Food Fund Directors may change in the future. Future Directors may also have access to your data and will follow the same UK data protection policy and processes.

🛡️ Black Food Funding Limited agrees to take the necessary steps to keep your data safe and secure. We commit to UK data protection regulations. Any details you give us will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and our data protection policy (and code of practice on confidential, personal or special category data).

🛡️ All identifiable data (e.g. name and email) may be accessed by Black Food Funding Limited, subcontractors and Impact on Urban Health, but only for the purposes agreed. We will delete your data within three months of the end of this funding process unless you ask to stay in touch below. If so, we'll only delete your details after three months of the Black Food Fund organisation ceasing to operate or after seven years, whichever occurs first.

🛡️Please note the Black Food Fund may change its structure (e.g. it may become a community interest company in the future) and may retain your data for its records.

🛡️ You may withdraw your consent at any time. In which case we will not use any information you may have provided. You do not have to provide a reason and your data will be deleted within 7 working days. Just contact hello@blackfood.fund
