We are excited to host you at The Voy 61 Drive In Theatre, LLC for your camping evening under the stars! We are happy to host you at for the evening. The camping fee is $25 per tent/vehicle per evening. All camping must be pre-paid via Venmo payment to @sara-clasen-3 at least 24 hours in advance.
Please Note - you can NOT camp with a large motor home; we can only host campers with tent(s) or small pop ups.
Our physical address is 1228 Highway 61, Delmar, Iowa 52037. We will be open and the movie will be shown rain or clear skies.
The campers may enter The Voy 61 Drive In Theatre, LLC anytime after 6:30 pm via the main entrance road marked with "Enter Here" signage and purchase their admission tickets. Once you are settled, please head to the concession stand to check in with staff. Campers may park anywhere between the first row in front of the screen & the train storage shed in the rear of the property to watch the movies for the evening. We ask that you set up camp in the rear of the property (the west end), anywhere near the train shed. You can set up camp prior to the movie starting as long as you are not taking up a large area that could have parked vehicles if necessary for space.
The Voy 61 Drive In Theatre, LLC concession stand WILL be open for food, snack and beverage purchases the night all evening until after the second movie starts. Campers are able to bring in any food, snacks and beverages onto the property. PLEASE support the concession stand as this support is how The Voy 61 Drive In Theatre, LLC is able to keep our doors open and our prices reasonable!!
Staff will leave the restrooms unlocked for your group, which will also give you access to electricity and water. We also alert the Clinton County Sheriff's Office campers will be on the property over night. (They get nervous when there are people here in the middle of the night). Generally, they will do a drive though on our property overnight, so do not be alarmed if you see them.
In the morning, you'll need to be cleaned up and off the property by 9:00am when our groundskeeping staff arrives. If you encounter any issues (flat tire, dead vehicle battery, etc.) or have any emergencies please contact Sara at 563-212-0438.
PLEASE NOTE – There is NO smoking, pets, camp fires or grilling on the property. The entire Voy 61 Drive In Theatre, LLC grounds have 24/7 video monitoring.
PLEASE NOTE – If your plans change; and you do not intend on camping OR do not end up staying after the second movie finishes; please alert staff on the property prior to leaving or call Sara at 563-212-0438. There will be no refunds on the camping fee for any reason.
