Punch Cards for Conditioning & Open Class
Fee:
5 drop-ins: $140
10 drop-ins: $260
15 drop-ins: $360

Punch cards can be used for:
- Conditioning class on Fridays 4:30-5:30pm- open for ages 10-adult
- Open Class on Saturdays 11:30am-12:30pm- open for students in Ballet 2-4 and Contemporary 2/3

All drop-ins loaded on a Punch Card must be used before the end of the Session it was purchased in. Any unused drop-ins will expire after the last day of the Session. 

Punch cards are not transferable between families, although they can be shared between parents and their dancers.

To use: once this form is completed, our office staff will add the charge to your Jackrabbit account. When you want to use a punch, schedule a drop-in through Jackrabbit for the class (Conditioning or Open Class) you want. That way we know you're coming. 
We will be keeping track of how many punches you use and will let you know when you have one left.
