2018 Servant Leadership Team Application
Servant Leadership is one of the biggest keys to an effective BCM ministry. Our Servant Leadership Team members are the catalyst for what happens in our ministry. While it provides a chance to build friendships and serve with other BCM friends, it isn't for everyone. It requires a year long steady commitment to the team responsibilities you have been placed in for the next year. BCM Leadership Team is not a way to be more involved. You can still be very involved and not be on the leadership team. The leadership team is for those who want to help lead this ministry for the purpose of helping students know Christ and make Him known.

Therefore, please consider this matter prayerfully and answer the questions thoroughly.

Applications will be posted online January 10th. Students must apply by 10pm on January 30th.

Application process:
1) Prayer. 2) Conversation with parents. 3) Conversation with college church pastor. 3) Submit online application. 4) Interview.
