Independent Contractor agrees as follows:

I. To provide general services for onsite event work including but not limited to:

i. Loading and unloading fresh flowers and hard goods to and from the Posh Petals shop

ii. Floral design support (prepping vases/floral, packing and unpacking finished designs, cleaning up)

iii. Hard goods and inventory preparation, organization, setting up, and cleaning up

iv. Climbing ladders to assist in installations

v. Driving a personal vehicle to/from a venue if needed

vi. Assisting in tearing down flowers and hard goods after the event concludes

II. To provide services in accordance with Posh Petals' needs for specific events and/or as outlined above. Contractor understands that services may or may not be needed and by signing this Agreement there is no guarantee of any hours and/or events.

III. To wear appropriate attire and represent Posh Petals well by:

i. Wearing all black clothing, free of non-Posh Petals logos or wording, that is comfortable, modest, and professional. Closed toed, sturdy shoes are recommended.

ii. Not using foul language, tobacco, alcohol or drugs onsite. Not arriving to work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

iii. Considering noise level of interactions, being respectful of other staff, and avoiding cell phone usage while working (not including emergencies or social media directly related to the event).

IV. To protect Posh Petals' intellectual property and confidentiality. Any photos of floral and decor must be credited to Posh Petals. The contractor agrees that they will not disclose confidential information of Posh Petals to any third party or use confidential information including proprietary technologies, know-how, trade secretes, discoveries, inventions and any other intellectual property without permission.
