This is a vinyasa yoga class, linking breath with movement. The classes are structured to offer varying levels of challenge to help you achieve your desired yoga goals - all are encouraged to listen to their own body and needs during each class.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes. There will be yoga blocks provided for anyone who would like to use them.
Tuesdays 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
$15 per person / per session Drop in fee
